It’s a nutrient dense choice for creating chewy and well structured bread without artificial additives. I found a 5 lb bag at a local shop for around though it’s pricier than standard flour. Just scoop, mix and bake without extra prep needed. Its clean, organic profile and hearty texture make it a wholesome addition to my kitchen, ready to elevate my baking with rich and nutty flavor.
