Spotted Truffle Salt at the Store

 


I spotted this jar of truffle salt at the grocery store and it instantly stood out. Fancy, earthy and kinda mysterious. I haven’t tried it yet, but it’s made with real truffle bits, giving dishes that rich, gourmet flavor without much effort. Truffles are known for their antioxidant and antimicrobial properties but since it’s still salt, moderation is key. I’m definitely curious to try it sometime, maybe on roasted potatoes or sprinkled over eggs? Would you try it?
