I wanted something simple and sweet, so I whipped up a batch of oat flour cupcakes with clean, cozy ingredients. They’re made with oat flour, coconut milk and coconut sugar. No frosting needed, just wholesome goodness in every bite. The batter smelled amazing and now they’re all lined up and ready to bake. I love how easy this recipe is. Once they’re golden and set, I’ll let them cool and enjoy them warm. Moist, fluffy and just sweet enough.
