Creamy Mashed Potatoes Made from Scratch

 


There’s just something comforting about a bowl of mashed potatoes, especially when made from scratch with fresh Russet potatoes. They whip up beautifully smooth and fluffy. And fun fact: potatoes are naturally fat-free, cholesterol-free and low in sodium. I love keeping mine simple: boiled Russet potatoes, a splash of creamy goodness and a pinch of sea salt. That’s it. It’s one of those easy sides that never disappoints. Hearty, wholesome and totally satisfying.
