Nourishing with a Vibrant Bowl

 


I ordered it for the name, Mother Earth. But what arrived at my table was more than just a bowl. It felt like a reset. Sweet potato, portobello, ancient grains. Warm, grounding, honest. I added salmon because why not let balance taste even better? The vinaigrette? Red pepper miso. A little tangy, a little bold. Each bite layered like the seasons themselves. Avocado. Broccoli pesto. Charred onion. Hemp seeds, the final whisper. And the salmon? Perfectly cooked, just rich enough to tie it all together. It didn’t just fill me. It centered me.
